Documentation
Everything you need to set up Drywood Triage and get the most out of its AI assistant.
Getting started
Drywood Triage is an AI-powered task manager. It gathers everything you need to do — tasks you type in, suggestions from your unread email, and calendar invites — and helps you work through them with an AI assistant.
Create an account with your email address, and you'll land on the dashboard. Tasks are organized by priority using the Eisenhower matrix: P1 · Do now (urgent and important), P2 · Schedule (important), P3 · Delegate (urgent), and P4 · Eliminate (neither).
- Add a task with the New Task button — give it a title, category, due date and sub-tasks.
- Drag priorities yourself or let the due date set them automatically.
- Mark tasks Important to keep them in the top quadrants of the matrix.
- Use the Matrix view for a four-quadrant overview of everything, filterable by category.
Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar and Zoom
Drywood Triage works best when it can see your inbox and calendar. All connections are made by you, from inside the app, using Google's or Zoom's official sign-in. You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time.
- Gmail: open the Inbox panel and click Connect Gmail. You can connect several accounts — for example a personal one and a work one — and choose which task category each inbox's suggestions go to.
- Google Calendar: open the Calendar panel and click Connect Google Calendar. Connected calendars are combined into a single Next Up list. You can connect multiple Google accounts.
- Zoom: in the Calendar panel's New Event form, choose Zoom and click Connect Zoom. Once connected, Drywood Triage can create Zoom meetings for events you approve.
AI features
The AI assistant helps in three ways. It suggests sub-tasks for any task. It can draft the actual work — an email, a plan, a message — based on a task or sub-task description, which you can edit, revise and regenerate. And it scans your connected inboxes and calendar to suggest tasks and event invites, which nothing is ever created from without your approval.
Each AI generation counts as one AI action. Your plan includes a monthly allowance: Free 15 actions, Pro 200, Business 600. One-time top-ups of 100 actions ($5) are available on the Billing page. Reading your inbox or calendar without generating suggestions is free.
Plans and billing
Drywood Triage has three monthly plans. Free includes 15 AI actions per month. Pro ($15/month) includes 200 AI actions. Business ($39/month) includes 600 AI actions. All plans include unlimited tasks, sub-tasks, categories, and account connections; only AI generations are metered.
Manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page at any time. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.
Data and privacy
We only read your email or calendar when you ask us to scan them, and only to produce suggestions for you. Nothing is created in your Google or Zoom accounts without your explicit approval. We never sell your data and we don't use your content to train AI models.
