1. What Drywood Triage is
Drywood Triage is a task management and AI-assisted prioritization tool. It helps you organize tasks, sub-tasks and priorities, and — with your explicit permission — connect your Google Gmail and Google Calendar accounts so the app can suggest tasks and calendar invites on your behalf.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your email address and authentication details when you create an account.
Task data: the tasks, sub-tasks, categories, due dates, notes and attachments you create in the app.
Google data (only if you connect Gmail and/or Google Calendar). With your explicit consent we access: (a) Gmail messages and metadata — sender, recipients, subject, date and message body — via the gmail.readonly scope, to find unread or new emails and suggest tasks and calendar invites; (b) the ability to send email from your Gmail address via the gmail.send scope, used only when you delegate a task, to send that one notification email to the person you chose; (c) Google Calendar events and calendar list via the calendar scopes, to show your upcoming events and create events you approve; (d) your Google account email address and basic profile, to label which inbox is connected.
AI content: when you use AI features, the text you submit and relevant context (task titles, email excerpts, attachments) is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions or drafts.
Usage and billing data: AI action counts for plan limits, and subscription/billing details processed by our payment provider.
3. How we use your information
To provide the service: storing your tasks, generating AI suggestions, and reading your connected inboxes and calendars when you ask us to scan them.
Gmail data is used only to show you suggested tasks and calendar invites inside the app. Email contents are processed on demand and are not stored permanently; we keep only the tasks or events you accept and a reference to the source email.
We send email from your Gmail only when you delegate a task, and only to the recipient you entered. We never send other emails, create events or modify your accounts without your explicit action.
To enforce plan limits and process payments.
We do not sell your personal information, do not use Google data for advertising, and do not use your emails, tasks or documents to train AI models.
Humans do not read your Google data unless you give us explicit permission for a specific support request, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
4. Google API services disclosure
Drywood Triage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing: Google data is shared only with (a) our AI processing provider, solely to generate the suggestions you request, and (b) our cloud hosting provider, solely to run the service. It is never sold or shared for any other purpose.
You can disconnect any connected Google account at any time from within the app. Disconnecting deletes the tokens we hold; you can additionally revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens for connected Google and Zoom accounts are stored server-side only and are never exposed to your browser.
Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.
6. Data retention and deletion
You can delete individual tasks, drafts and connections from within the app at any time. You may also request full account deletion by contacting us; we will delete your account and associated task data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (for example, billing records).
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and browser storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and the app working. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. The date of the latest revision is noted below.
