1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Drywood Triage (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
3. The service and AI features
Drywood Triage provides task management, AI-assisted sub-task recommendations, AI drafting, and email/calendar triage when you connect Google Gmail and Google Calendar.
AI suggestions and drafts are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI produces before acting on it, including before approving events, invites or messages.
AI usage is metered. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions, as described on our pricing page. Unused allowances do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
4. Subscriptions, plans and payments
Paid plans and AI top-ups are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals.
One-time AI top-up packs are consumed as you use AI actions and are non-refundable once partially or fully consumed.
We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.
5. Connected accounts (Google, Zoom)
Features that read Gmail or write Calendar events only act after you connect the relevant account and only on your explicit instruction (for example, approving a suggested task or event).
You may disconnect any connected account at any time. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the providers you connect, including Google's terms of service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access other users' data; resell or redistribute access without a separate agreement; circumvent plan limits or usage metering; upload malicious content; or use the AI features to generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or our providers.
7. Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of the tasks, documents and other content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process and display it as needed to provide the Service, including sending relevant context to our AI provider when you use AI features.
Suggestions, drafts and other output generated by AI are provided for your use; you are responsible for how you use them.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features; material removals will be communicated in advance where practical.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drywood Triage and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment of fees.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR unless mandatory local consumer law gives you a different venue.
